Suppliments from heaven…

My new Bedtime Extreme Formula arrived from MyProtein this morning. It’s not the nicest tasting shake ever but if I want to get fit and healthy the sacrifices have to extend past the gym doors. Consistency is the key so I’ve just got to keep it up. So all together daily my suppliments and shakes consist of:

  • Multi-Vitamin with Ginseng and Probiotics
  • Omega 3-6-9 Cap
  • Whey Protein Isolate (NZ)
  • Whey Protein Isolate (EURO, Egg White Powder)
  • Whey Protein Concentrate 75 (NZ)
  • Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (EURO)
  • Maltodextrin
  • Dextrose
  • Taurine
  • Guarana Extract
  • Creatine Monohydrate
  • Fermented L Glutamine.
  • HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyric acid)

    i dont know protein shakes….are they really effective…i heard its not so good for the health in teh long run.

    Yeah they are really important if you do any kind of workout. In the long run they are perfectly fine healthy wise as it’s basically a dairy product :)
